Before depositing funds into your account, please ensure that your identity verification has been completed, otherwise the withdrawal process may be delayed. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 24 to 72 hours, but may take longer while verification is in progress. Transferring funds to third-party accounts or depositing through third parties is strictly prohibited, and if such transactions are detected, the account will be closed. Any form of fraud, manipulation, use of bots, or betting with automated software on the platform is strictly prohibited. In the event of a violation of these rules, we reserve the right to take legal action and may claim compensation.
The results of all Sports Betting events are confirmed from internationally recognized sources and cannot be changed after results are announced. If an event is cancelled or postponed, the funds for the relevant bet will be refunded; however, our established rules apply in the case of partially completed events. For live betting, if there is a delay in accepting a bet due to a technical issue, that bet may be considered void. For casino-style games, each game's own rules apply and are clearly stated in the game interface. If an incorrect payout occurs due to a technical error, we reserve the right to correct the difference.
We accept limited liability for any financial loss arising from the use of the bed 9 platform, and users must bet at their own risk. We are not responsible for losses caused by internet disconnection, device issues, or third-party service failures. If unresolved, the dispute will be settled in accordance with the applicable laws of Bangladesh, and these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Bangladesh.
